Keeping Our Fingers Crossed!

As you know John our chef was one of the finalists in the NMT Nursery Chef of the Year awards 2018. Well he went down to Milton Keynes on Wednesday for the ‘Cook-off’ and prepared Colcannon Soup and Chicken Tagine and Giant Cous Cous for the judges (these are 2 of the children’s favourite things he cooks).  Everything went well and John was chilled as always.  He doesn’t know if he has won and won’t find out until 1st December when he will be attending the awards ceremony at the Hilton Hotel in London. We are wishing him every success and keeping our fingers crossed for him!
